Last night in Kent, a shocking incident occurred that left multiple individuals seriously injured. Kent Police arrested two teenagers, aged 16 and another suspected teen, after they allegedly stole a car and flipped it at an intersection. However, the suspects fled the scene, leading to a decision not to pursue due to heavy traffic in the area.
Shortly after, the stolen vehicle was found flipped upside down at the intersection of SE 256th St. and 116th Ave. SE. The suspects had collided with an Audi Q5 and a Toyota Corolla, causing significant damage to both vehicles. While the occupants of the Audi escaped major injuries, the 47-year-old driver of the Toyota sustained multiple broken bones, and his 18-year-old passenger was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition.
