Three suspects have been arrested in Montgomery after shots were fired into occupied dwellings or vehicles. Ja’Kori Tucker, 18, and a 15-year-old boy were arrested in connection to a February 2 incident, while Sean Michaels Bailey, 40, was arrested for a May 15 incident. Tucker and the minor were charged with shooting into an occupied dwelling, while Bailey was charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle. Tucker remains in custody on a $30,000 bail, while Bailey has been released on the same bail amount. The investigations are ongoing, with court filings not immediately available. Three suspects have been arrested in connection with these incidents, shedding light on the ongoing efforts to maintain public safety in the city.
Arrest of Ja’Kori Tucker and a 15-year-old Boy
Ja’Kori Tucker, 18, and an unnamed 15-year-old boy were apprehended by authorities on Friday in relation to an incident that occurred on February 2 in the 2000 block of Coliseum Boulevard. The minor was taken to the Montgomery County Youth Detention Facility, while Tucker was placed in the Montgomery County Detention Facility. As of Tuesday, Tucker remains in custody on a bail of $30,000.
