The defendant allegedly deceived a 60-year-old woman from Thousand Oaks, causing her to lose ownership of her home. Yudell then proceeded to steal the sale proceeds and launder the money through various bank accounts. Additionally, he is accused of forging the signature of a 78-year-old woman for properties in Port Hueneme, Thousand Oaks, and Long Beach.

These crimes spanned over a 3 ½-year period while Yudell was a licensed real estate agent. However, the illegal activities were not uncovered until 2020, after his license had expired. The next court proceeding is scheduled for July 29, where attorneys will discuss the case’s scheduling.
