The Incident in Sherman, Texas

Later that same day, another incident occurred in the 3100-block of Rex Cruse Drive. It was reported that Dunlap physically assaulted an adult victim, causing serious but non-life-threatening injuries, and also sexually assaulted the victim. Dunlap was again identified as the suspect in this second incident.
Arrest and Charges
Following an investigation, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Dunlap for aggravated sexual assault in connection with the second incident. Dunlap was located and arrested by the Gainesville Police Department. A second arrest warrant was obtained for Dunlap for indecency with a child by exposure in relation to the first incident. Dunlap is currently in custody at the Cooke County Jail.
