Deputy Smith observed that the vehicle had expired plates and conducted a traffic stop on East Broadway. The driver, identified as 56-year-old Sheelah Brown of Princeton, showed signs of being under the influence of an unknown intoxicant. Ms. Brown was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, Possession of Methamphetamines, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
