The crash involved a silver 2004 Toyota Camry and a black 2024 Kawasaki Vulcan S motorcycle. Collins, the operator of the motorcycle, was traveling eastbound on County Route 571 when the Toyota, driven by 26-year-old Andy Hernandez-Cheneaux, failed to yield at the intersection, causing Collins to take evasive action. Unfortunately, Collins lost control of the motorcycle and collided with the Toyota, resulting in his critical injuries.

Emergency responders from the Manchester Township Division of Emergency Services, Ridgeway Volunteer Fire Department, Manchester Volunteer Fire Department, Robert Wood Johnson Paramedics, and Life Flight all worked together to provide assistance at the scene.
