The group of big bike riders had embarked on a trip to Phetchaburi, with Suphattra riding as a pillion on a Yamaha big bike. Tragically, she lost her balance and fell off the motorcycle. A truck following closely behind was unable to stop in time, resulting in the fatal collision that claimed her life.
Another Yamaha motorcycle, white and red in colour and lacking a license plate, had to make a sudden stop to avoid hitting Suphattra’s body on the road. This abrupt manoeuvre caused the bike to crash, leading to Rachata, also riding as a pillion, falling off and being run over by another large truck, resulting in his untimely death.
Eye-Witness Accounts
Witnesses and friends of the victims recounted the heartbreaking chain of events that unfolded. One friend shared, “We were all on our way to Kaeng Krachan for a trip when Suphattra fell off the bike, and before we knew it, she was hit by a truck. It all happened so quickly.”
Another witness added, “Rachata tried to avoid Suphattra, but unfortunately lost control and fell. Losing two friends in such a tragic manner is truly devastating.”
The aftermath of the accident was marked by the presence of the black-grey Yamaha big bike from Rayong and the white-red Yamaha motorcycle lying in the middle of the road, a stark reminder of the lives lost in the tragic incident.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the families and loved ones of Rachata and Suphattra during this difficult time. May they rest in peace.
