Bensalem fire investigators have concluded that a fire at a mobile home park, which resulted in one fatality and a firefighter injury, was accidental. The incident occurred at Top of the Ridge off Gibson Road, with the fire spreading to neighboring homes. The victim, 45-year-old Joseph Stadler, was found deceased inside his home, where the fire originated near a couch. The cause of death is still pending. Thankfully, no other residents were injured, although one firefighter was treated for smoke inhalation. Stadler’s home was completely destroyed, while two others suffered minor damage. The community came together to support the displaced family.

On a Friday evening, tragedy struck at the Top of the Ridge mobile home park in Bensalem, as a fire broke out in one of the homes, resulting in the loss of one life and injuries to a firefighter. The incident occurred shortly after 5 p.m. and quickly engulfed the home, spreading to neighbouring mobile homes in the vicinity.
Accidental Fire Claims One Life
Firefighters rushed to the scene and were able to extinguish the flames, but not before the fire had spread to three neighbouring homes. Inside one of the homes, they discovered the lifeless body of a 45-year-old resident named Joseph Stadler. The cause of death is still pending investigation, leaving many questions unanswered.
