The young professional, who worked at a private IT firm in Sarjapur, was fatally stabbed during a domestic altercation at his family residence.
Living with his parents, younger sister, and a bedridden grandmother, Yeshwanth found himself in the middle of a heated dispute between his father, Basavaraj, and mother, Bhagyalakshmi. Basavaraj, a goods vehicle driver, had a history of discord with his wife, leading to frequent clashes within the household.
On the fateful day, tensions escalated as Basavaraj brandished a kitchen knife in a threatening manner towards his wife.
