The 81-year-old woman, identified as Beverly Sebastian from North Royalton, was behind the wheel of a Cadillac SUV when the accident occurred. According to the OSHP, she failed to yield at a stop sign, leading to her vehicle rolling into the path of a truck traveling north on SR-269.
Despite wearing her seatbelt, Sebastian sustained critical injuries and was rushed to Magruder Hospital, where she tragically succumbed to her wounds. The driver of the truck, a 46-year-old man, suffered only minor injuries in the collision.
