The Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS) reported that the man, believed to be aged between 40 and 50, was found wearing a red shirt, shorts, and red slippers at 7 a.m. on the EDSA A. De Jesus footbridge in Barangay 87. A concerned citizen alerted CCPS personnel, leading to the discovery of the deceased individual.
