In a separate incident that has shaken the residents of Karachi, the Station House Officer (SHO) of Gulshan Iqbal police station has been suspended after a robbery attempt against a woman near North Nazimabad’s Five Star area. The motorcycle-borne assailants not only snatched her purse but also physically assaulted her before fleeing the scene with the stolen belongings.
Disturbing CCTV footage captured the moment when the perpetrators attacked the woman as she bravely resisted. Despite her efforts to escape, they managed to overpower her and snatch her purse. The victim has yet to come forward and file a formal complaint regarding the harrowing ordeal.
