In the early hours of Friday morning, a 25-year-old man named Ra Fet allegedly kidnapped a 47-year-old woman in Southeast Portland. The incident unfolded around 1:40 a.m. near SE 146th and Division when Fet offered the woman a ride home.

As they reached SE 112th, the woman tried to exit the vehicle, but Fet reportedly prevented her from leaving. A struggle ensued, with Fet, who stands at 5-feet-6 and weighs 115 pounds, allegedly punching the woman in the face. Despite her injuries, she managed to jump out of the moving car at the intersection of SE 112th and Lincoln.
Desperate Cry for Help
After fleeing from the vehicle, the woman began screaming for assistance. Fortunately, officers located her hiding in a driveway, where she was found with cuts and bruises from the ordeal.
