2. Navi Mumbai Police Arrests More Suspects in Salman Khan House Shooting Case
The Navi Mumbai Police arrested four individuals for planning to kill Bollywood Actor Salman Khan, identified as Dhananjay Singh Tapesingh, Gaurav Bhatia, Wapasi Khan, and Jeeshan Khan. Acting on intel, the accused were under surveillance for plotting to attack Khan’s car and farmhouse. Allegedly in contact with Gangsters Anmol Bishnoi and Lawrence Bishnoi, the accused fired shots outside Khan’s Mumbai home in April. The suspects were apprehended in Gujarat, with increased security for Khan due to threats from Bishnoi gang. In a separate incident, a man was arrested for booking a cab in Bishnoi’s name from Khan’s residence. The police are still searching for the gun used in the shooting.
