Wythe County, Virginia – Two Men Apprehended in Narcotic Distribution Investigation
The Wythe County Sheriff’s Office recently reported the apprehension of two men following a police pursuit in connection to an illegal narcotic distribution investigation in the county. The incident took place on Friday, May 30 in the town of Wytheville, Virginia.
Deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Cerrone Lemar Lee, with a passenger identified as Christian Skye Crockett. However, the two men failed to comply with law enforcement, leading to a police pursuit through the streets of Wytheville.
Law enforcement officers from the Wythe County Sheriff’s Office and the Wytheville Police Department were able to stop the vehicle on Railroad Ave, where Crockett attempted to flee on foot. Fortunately, officers were able to track down and apprehend both suspects at the scene.

Charges Faced by the Suspects
Both Crockett and Lee are now facing multiple charges in relation to the illegal narcotic distribution investigation. The charges against them include:
- Distribution of Cocaine over 10 grams
- Three Counts of Drug Conspiracy
- Distribution of more than 100 grams of Methamphetamine
- Distribution of Schedule I (Mushrooms)
- Eluding law enforcement
The sheriff’s office has indicated that additional charges are likely to be filed as the investigation progresses.
