The Arkansas State Police (ASP) are reaching out to the public for assistance in gathering crucial information about a tragic hit-and-run incident that claimed the life of a man from Texarkana, Texas. The incident took place on Monday, May 27, 2024, around 12:35 AM, at the 28-mile marker near Hope on Interstate 30 Westbound in Hempstead County.
