The victims, all residents of Eagle Pass, were identified as Jose Martinez, 71; Noemi Jimenez Martinez, 61; Joanna Martinez, 34; Samantha Martinez, 25; and a 10-year-old girl whose identity has not been disclosed. Despite efforts to save her, the young girl passed away while being transported to a nearby hospital.
