Tajair Anthony Delbridge, a 25-year-old Philadelphia man, has been charged in connection with the hit-and-run death of Joel Moreau. Delbridge turned himself in on Friday and was arraigned on multiple charges, including accidents involving death or personal injury, hindering apprehension or prosecution, tampering with physical evidence, criminal solicitation, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Kevin P. Wagner set bail at $2 million, with 10 percent required for release, according to the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.

Surveillance footage from a nearby business captured the red Kia pulling into a lot, with Delbridge and a female passenger exiting the vehicle before driving away. The vehicle was later located a few miles away, and police were able to identify the female passenger and confirm Delbridge as the operator on the night of the incident.

Delbridge’s attempt to have the vehicle reported stolen, along with the evidence gathered from the scene and surveillance footage, led to his arrest and subsequent charges in connection with the hit-and-run death of Joel Moreau.
