A man identified as 25-year-old Andre Arvin Shaw is wanted in connection with a stabbing incident at a residence on Vailview Drive in Houston, Texas. The victim, a 30-year-old man, was stabbed multiple times in the head by Shaw during a family dispute. Man wanted for stabbing incident in Houston

A manhunt is underway in Houston, Texas, after a violent stabbing incident took place at a residence on Vailview Drive on Monday evening, May 27. The suspect, identified as 25-year-old Andre Arvin Shaw, has been charged with aggravated assault of a family member in the 351st State District Court.

Details of the stabbing incident

According to the Houston Police Department’s Major Assaults & Family Violence Division, the victim, a 30-year-old man, was stabbed multiple times in the head by Shaw during a family dispute. The victim, who was trying to intervene in a physical altercation between his sisters, was suddenly attacked by Shaw, his own brother, who was wielding a kitchen knife.

Despite managing to knock the knife out of Shaw’s hand and walk away, the victim was not safe. As he was gathering his belongings to leave, Shaw allegedly struck him in the head with the knife at least three times before fleeing the scene. The victim was rushed to a local hospital in stable condition by Houston Fire Department paramedics.
