The Alleged Incident on the Jacksonville Jaguars Plane

Brandon McManus, a former kicker for the Jacksonville Jaguars, has found himself embroiled in a lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault against two women flight attendants. The incident reportedly took place on the Jaguars’ plane overseas last year during the season, according to court documents cited by ESPN.

The Allegations

The alleged victims, identified as Jane Doe I and Jane Doe II, claim that McManus sexually assaulted them by rubbing and grinding himself against them while in flight. They further allege that the team did not supervise McManus or create a safe environment for them.

The situation escalated when the flight turned into what the suit described as a “party.” McManus allegedly threw $100 bills at the flight attendants in exchange for dancing inappropriately for him.

The Confrontation

One of the flight attendants, Doe II, confronted McManus about his behavior, to which he reportedly smirked and walked away. Doe I also stated that one of McManus’ teammates seemed ashamed of his behavior when she made eye contact with him during the first assault. The suit further alleges that McManus attempted to kiss Doe I.

Brandon McManus had a successful season with the Jacksonville Jaguars, going 30-for-37 on field goals. Prior to joining the Jaguars, he spent nine seasons with the Denver Broncos.
