2. “Republic World Cheatcode Porsche incident”

In the midst of the uproar following the Pune Porsche crash, a new viral video has emerged showcasing a man recklessly speeding in his Mercedes on Mumbai’s Coastal Road Tunnel, disregarding the 60 kmph speed limit. The individual, identified as content creator Gajodhar Singh Cool, can be seen driving at speeds ranging from 80 to 103 kmph. In the video, he arrogantly claims to have a “cheatcode” in the form of a 300-word essay, referencing the recent controversial bail granted to a wealthy individual involved in a fatal accident. Despite established speed limits of 80 kmph on major sections and 60 kmph in the tunnel, Singh is seen blatantly violating these regulations. This behaviour may have been influenced by the leniency shown in the Pune incident, where a minor driving a Porsche at 160 kmph was only required to write a 300-word essay as part of the investigation. The repercussions of such incidents have sparked public outrage and demand for stricter consequences.

Mumbai:  In the midst of the ongoing uproar surrounding the tragic Pune Porsche crash, a startling new video has emerged on social media capturing a man recklessly speeding in his Mercedes along Mumbai’s Coastal Road Tunnel. The man in question has been identified as content creator Gajodhar Singh Cool, who can be seen in the footage driving at alarming speeds ranging from 80 to 103 kmph.

As the video unfolds, Gajodhar Singh Cool can be heard arrogantly proclaiming, “I can drive however I want. I am aware of a loophole and have prepared a 300-word essay in advance. Now, no one can stop me,” seemingly alluding to the recent Pune incident where a wealthy individual involved in a fatal accident was granted bail within a mere 15 hours.

Speed Limits on Mumbai’s Coastal Tunnel Road

During a recent test run on the Mumbai Coastal Road, authorities established a maximum speed limit of 80 kmph for most sections, including reclamation stretches, and 60 kmph for the tunnel. Despite these clear regulations, a disturbing video has emerged showing Gajodhar Singh Cool blatantly flouting these speed limits. The footage captures Singh driving his Mercedes at speeds exceeding 103 kmph, significantly surpassing the mandated limits.

300-Word Essay Controversy

The release of this video undoubtedly stems from the public outrage surrounding the recent Pune Porsche crash. In that tragic incident, the accused, reportedly a minor, was driving at a shocking speed of 160 kmph. Instead of facing severe legal consequences, he was instructed to submit a 300-word essay expressing remorse for his actions during the investigation. This perceived leniency has sparked widespread public outcry and may have influenced the reckless behaviour exhibited by Gajodhar Singh Cool in the video.

Details of the Pune Porsche Crash

Earlier today, a Pune court remanded the father of the juvenile allegedly involved in the Porsche car crash to police custody until May 31 on charges of alleged kidnapping and wrongful confinement of the family driver. The court also extended the police custody of the juvenile’s grandfather until May 31 in the same case. Both individuals were presented before Judicial Magistrate First Class A A Pande and have been charged under Indian Penal Code sections 365 (kidnapping) and 368 (wrongfully concealing or keeping in confinement).

The tragic incident occurred when two IT professionals lost their lives after their motorcycle was struck by a speeding Porsche driven by the minor in the early hours of May 19 in the Kalyani Nagar area of Pune city. According to police reports, the teenager was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.

The father of the juvenile, realtor Vishal Agarwal (50), is currently in judicial custody in connection with a case filed against him, along with the managers and owners of two pubs, under the Juvenile Justice Act. Authorities allege that Vishal Agarwal and his father, Surendra Agarwal (77), pressured the driver to take responsibility for the accident by offering him money and making threats. Surendra Agarwal was subsequently arrested on May 25 in relation to this matter and remanded in police custody until May 28.
