The suspect, Reymart, a construction worker, fled the scene and is currently the subject of a police manhunt.

Tragically, Roño succumbed to his injuries on the spot, while a bystander named Bryan Buela, 42, sustained a bullet wound and was rushed to Quezon Medical Center for treatment.
