According to a release from the Janesville Police Department, Janecek was charged with operating while intoxicated 1st offense, a traffic forfeiture. Subsequently, a sober individual arrived at the police department to take custody of Janecek, as is standard procedure following an OWI 1st arrest.
Second Arrest on Milton Avenue Near Mt. Zion Avenue
Just a few hours later, another Janesville officer spotted a vehicle deviating from its lane and traveling significantly below the speed limit on Milton Avenue near Mt. Zion Avenue. Upon pulling the vehicle over, the driver was identified once again as Janecek, who was allegedly still under the influence of alcohol and had just left a local bar.

Continued Dangerous Behavior
Despite the earlier arrest, Janecek failed field sobriety testing for the second time and was promptly taken into custody. He is currently being held at the Rock County Jail for what officers described as “his continued dangerous behavior.”
