Three Suspects Arrested in Relation to Fatal Shooting in Chesterfield County, Virginia

Scott, 22, had been found unconscious with a gunshot wound. Despite efforts to save him, Scott was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Arrests Made in Connection to the Shooting

Following an extensive investigation, Chesterfield County Police were able to identify and arrest three suspects in connection to the fatal shooting. Christopher T. Rhames, 23, of the 2100 block of Marina Drive, was taken into custody in Chesterfield County on May 19. He is currently being held at Riverside Regional Jail without bond.

Zhekour X. Ross, 21, from the 8400 block of Recreation Road in Richmond, and Amaris M. Hemphill, 29, from the 7200 block of Cherry Hill Park Avenue, were apprehended in Monterey, Tennessee on May 22. They are currently being held at Putnam County Jail in Putnam County, Tennessee.
