The victim, identified as 26-year-old Muhammad Badrulamin Abd Aziz, was riding a motorcycle when a car made a U-turn and collided with him. The car driver fled the scene, leaving the victim with fractures on his right shoulder and hip, as well as damage to his motorcycle.
