**Lincoln Man Arrested After Police Discover Stolen Vehicle**

In Lincoln, Nebraska, a routine traffic stop led to the arrest of a Lincoln man in connection with a stolen vehicle. The incident occurred early Friday morning, just before 1 a.m., near the intersection of 13th and K streets.
