The victim, Asmita Rathore, was married to Dilip Rathore and was employed at the toll plaza. The unfortunate event occurred around 11 am when Asmita was crossing the road at the toll booth. A dumper with registration number MP 13 GA 1734, travelling from Tarana towards Ujjain, approached her. Tragically, Asmita’s saree got entangled in the dumper, leading to her being thrown under its wheels, resulting in her immediate death.

A video capturing the harrowing incident went viral on social media platforms, showcasing the heartbreaking moment when Asmita was caught in the dumper. The authorities swiftly took the driver of the dumper into custody for further investigation.

Financial Assistance for the Family: Following the directives of the collector, SDM Tarana Rajesh Borasi initiated the process of providing financial aid to Asmita Rathore’s bereaved family. A sum of Rs 4 lakh has been allocated to support the family during this difficult time.

Discovery of Decapitated Body in Bichhrod: In a separate incident, the Ghatiya police uncovered the decapitated body of a young man along Bichhrod Road on Thursday morning. The authorities promptly identified the deceased as Lakhan, a 22-year-old individual and son of Surendra Rathore from Bichhrod. Upon notification from family members, the police launched a search for the perpetrator.

An anonymous tip-off alerted the police to the presence of an unidentified youth’s body on the main road. Upon arrival at the scene, law enforcement discovered the tragic sight of a young man with his head severely injured by a stone. Further investigation revealed that Lakhan was employed at UCO Bank, raising questions as to the motive behind his brutal murder.

The family members informed the police that Lakhan had left home for unspecified reasons, leaving them bewildered by the shocking turn of events. The authorities are diligently probing the circumstances surrounding his untimely demise to bring justice to the grieving family.
