Transported to the Cebu South Medical Center, Padayao was pronounced dead, marking the end of a notorious figure in the local drug scene. A .45 caliber pistol and packs of suspected shabu, weighing 12.35 grams and valued at P83,980, were seized from the deceased’s possession.
