In Vikhroli, Maharashtra, a young man was killed by three unknown people for not playing music on his mobile phone. The police have initiated an investigation into the incident. Vikhroli: A shocking incident unfolded in the quiet neighbourhood of Vikhroli, Maharashtra, where a young man lost his life in a senseless act of violence. The victim, identified as Ashwajit Gaikwad, aged 31, met with a tragic fate at Powai Lake side on Jogeshwari Vikhroli Link Road (JVLR).
On that fateful night, Ashwajit was enjoying the company of three friends, immersed in music playing from their mobile phones connected to an electric scooter. However, a simple interruption led to a brutal altercation that ended in Ashwajit’s untimely demise.
As the group relaxed by the lake, Ashwajit’s phone received a call, prompting him to detach it from the scooter. This action irked the three individuals, who demanded he reconnect and resume playing music. Unfortunately, the scooter’s low battery thwarted Ashwajit’s compliance, triggering a violent outburst from the trio.
Enraged by the refusal, the assailants launched a vicious assault on Ashwajit, resulting in his tragic death on the spot. The perpetrators fled the scene, leaving behind a life cut short by a trivial disagreement.
