Following an intense manhunt, Parks was apprehended at his residence in the 600 block of Lincoln Highway at 1:16 a.m. on Wednesday. A subsequent police search uncovered incriminating evidence, including bags of new clothing with receipts, a vehicle repair receipt, and bloodstained clothing.
