The victim, identified as 18-year-old Tausif, was attempting to create a viral video for Instagram when the unfortunate incident occurred.

According to local authorities, the incident unfolded on a fateful evening when Tausif leaped into the water in an attempt to film a reel. Despite the efforts of his friends who were present at the scene and tried to rescue him, their attempts proved unsuccessful. Following the incident, the companions alerted nearby residents and the police, prompting a search operation to recover the youth’s body.
A video capturing the harrowing moment has circulated on social media, depicting the youth plunging into the lake from a considerable height of 100 feet as his friends documented the ill-fated stunt. Tragically, Tausif succumbed to the water’s depth and drowned. Deputy Superintendent of Police Vijay Kumar Kushwaha revealed that the teenager misjudged the depth of the lake, leading to the fatal outcome.

Similarly, in April, a 21-year-old individual in Uttar Pradesh encountered a misfortune while attempting to create a viral Instagram reel by hanging upside down from a flag post on a school’s rooftop, as his friends recorded the stunt.
