Arrests Made
Both Martelle and Estrella Crespo, a passenger in his vehicle, attempted to flee the crash site on foot. While Crespo was quickly apprehended by law enforcement officers and charged with disobeying an officer, Martelle managed to evade capture and remains at large as of 11:50 p.m. on Tuesday.
