Tragic Murder of a Shopkeeper in Perpora, Kachan, Gandarbal

In a shocking turn of events, a shopkeeper was brutally stabbed to death at his shop in Perpora, Kachan area of Central Kashmir’s Gandarbal district on Saturday, officials have confirmed.

Details of the Incident

According to a report by news agency KNO, the shopkeeper was viciously attacked with a sharp-edged knife in broad daylight, leaving him critically wounded. The victim has been identified as Fayaz Ahmad Dar, a 32-year-old son of Gh Haasan Dar from Perpora Kachan.

Following the attack, Fayaz Ahmad was immediately rushed to the hospital for urgent medical treatment. Tragically, despite the efforts of the medical staff, he was declared brought dead upon arrival at SKIMS, Soura.
