According to Lt. Andy Siebenborn, the vehicle involved in the crash veered off the road, striking a tree and then a house before spinning out of control. The impact was so severe that the front of the vehicle collapsed in, resulting in a catastrophic scene. The two minors who tragically lost their lives were identified as 15-year-old Milana Reeves and 15-year-old Eric Hopkins, both from Sioux Falls.
