The 8 News Now Investigators have uncovered that Monica Davis, the alleged perpetrator, has been arrested in connection with illegal dental practices in both states.

The Alleged Business Operation

Monica Davis reportedly ran a business named The Veneer Experts, located on Sahara Avenue near Rainbow Boulevard in the west valley of Las Vegas. Despite operating the business in both Las Vegas and Chicago, there was no evidence of her having a valid license to practice dentistry in either state.

Arrests in Nevada and Illinois

Davis was initially arrested by the Nevada Department of Public Safety on Jan. 30 for the illegal practice of dentistry, a felony charge. She later posted bond and was scheduled to appear in court in May. Subsequently, police in Schaumburg, Illinois, arrested Davis on similar charges of practicing medicine without a license.
