On October 7, 2023, Deputies and Detectives from the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office responded to a residence in Turnbury Village following a report of a deceased individual. They found an adult male victim who appeared to have died from a drug overdose. Cherry Rose, an adult female at the scene, was under the influence and taken to a local hospital. Investigation revealed the victim overdosed on heroin and fentanyl supplied by Cherry, leading to her arrest for Delivery of a Controlled Substance causing death on April 26, 2024. Constable Ryan Gable’s Office is dedicated to combating fentanyl-related deaths and holding suppliers accountable.

Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office Responds to Drug Overdose Incident
On October 7, 2023, Deputies and Detectives with the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office were dispatched to a residence in the Turnbury Village subdivision in reference to a deceased person call. Upon arrival, Deputies discovered the body of an adult male victim, who appeared to have died as a result of a drug overdose. Also on location, was an adult female, identified as Cherry Rose, who appeared to be under the influence and was transported to a local hospital by EMS.
During the course of the investigation, Detectives learned that the victim died as a result of an overdose from multiple drugs including heroin and fentanyl. Through the process of investigation which involved search warrants, and the analysis of electronic devices, Detectives learned that Cherry supplied the victim with the narcotics which led to his death.
On April 26, 2024, CIU and patrol Deputies arrested Cherry for Delivery of a Controlled Substance causing death. Cherry was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and is being held on a $100,000 bond.
