The initial police report filed under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) section 307, which pertains to attempted murder, stemmed from an alarming incident where two individuals on a motorcycle fired shots at Galaxy Apartment in Bandra, the residential address of Salman Khan, in the early hours of April 14.
The alleged shooters, identified as Vicky Gupta (24) and Sagar Pal (21) from Bihar, were apprehended along with Sonu Kumar Subhash Chander Bishnoi (37) and Anuj Thapan (32). The latter two supplied the shooters with locally-made firearms and ammunition on March 15, as confirmed by police sources.
