Reports indicate that Khan was targeted by the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang, known for its involvement in various criminal activities. The gang allegedly ordered the shooters to fire ten rounds outside the 58-year-old actor’s home.

Lawrence Bishnoi, the mastermind behind the attack, is currently incarcerated in Tihar Jail for his role in several high-profile murder cases, including those of musician Sidhu Moose Wala and Rajput leader Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi. Following the shooting, Bishnoi’s brother, Anmol Bishnoi, claimed responsibility for the incident, describing it as a warning to the actor.
