On April 22nd, 2024, Sebastin O’Brien, a 22-year-old from Little Sioux, Iowa, was arrested by Harrison County deputies after a vehicle rollover incident south of Modale. The rolled-over vehicle was found to belong to a deceased individual, whose identity is being withheld. O’Brien was charged with Murder in the 1st Degree and taken into custody. Responding swiftly to the scene, deputies encountered a scene of chaos as they approached the overturned vehicle.
