On April 22nd, 2024, Sebastin O’Brien, a 22-year-old from Little Sioux, Iowa, was arrested by Harrison County deputies after a vehicle rollover incident south of Modale. The rolled-over vehicle was found to belong to a deceased individual, whose identity is being withheld. O’Brien was charged with Murder in the 1st Degree and taken into custody. The investigation is being led by the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office with support from the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation and Iowa State Patrol.
