In a shocking incident, the body of a young girl was found in a hotel room in an upscale area of Bhopal on Saturday night. The accused, a known criminal named Ritul, has been arrested by the police in connection with the case.
According to the police, the incident was reported at the Shahpura police station. It was revealed that a hotel employee had arranged for the girl to meet the accused through a middleman and a woman involved in the flesh trade. The middleman and the woman who facilitated the meeting between the girl and the accused are still at large. The deceased girl, who was around 27 years old and hailing from Haryana, has yet to have her family contacted by the authorities.

Ritul, the accused, is a habitual offender with multiple criminal cases pending against him. He had been staying at a hotel in the Shahpura area for a few days before the incident occurred. The police revealed that he had asked a hotel employee to arrange for a girl to meet him, which led to the tragic events that followed.
The police investigation further revealed that the accused was intoxicated at the time of the incident and had a heated argument with the girl, resulting in physical violence towards her. The girl was found with injury marks on her body, indicating a struggle before her death.
After the girl fainted, the accused left her bleeding in the hotel room. The police were alerted by a hotel employee and arrived at the scene to recover the body for autopsy. The identity of the accused was established through the hotel records, leading to his swift arrest.
It was also discovered that the girl’s Aadhaar card was found at the scene, but her family could not be located at the address mentioned on the card. The police are still on the lookout for those involved in the flesh trade racket, including the woman who received the transfer of Rs 4,000 for the illicit activities.
