Rowell, 26, of Sylacauga, and a 2017 Honda Accord driven by Trahmaud C. Jordan, 25, of Oxford.
Following the initial impact, the Honda then struck the Toyota, resulting in Garner’s untimely death at the scene of the accident. The crash took place on Alabama 21, near the 213 mile marker, less than one mile north of Sylacauga.
