The private bus, identified as ‘Habeebi’, was travelling at high speed when it collided with Prathiba near Varkala railway station, causing her to be thrown onto the road. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, her injuries proved fatal, leading to her unfortunate demise. The community is in mourning over the loss of yet another life due to reckless driving and road safety negligence.
