The Incident
The fatal collision took place on March 22, when Flanigan was attempting to turn south onto Colerain Avenue. At the same time, another vehicle was travelling southbound on the road. Unfortunately, Flanigan failed to yield to oncoming traffic and turned onto the road from 7549 Colerain Ave, resulting in a two-vehicle crash at 7:26 p.m.

According to the crash report, the impact of the collision caused the rear door on Flanigan’s side of the vehicle to be hit head-on by the other vehicle. Both Flanigan and a passenger in the other vehicle were swiftly transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
