HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) — A devastating incident unfolded in west Harris County, Texas, as a woman has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting and killing her nephew during a heated altercation. The tragic event took place just before 9:20 p.m. on Thursday in the 24300 block of Tesino River Circle, near the intersection of Porter Road and Clay Road.

According to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, the fatal shooting occurred inside a home where four adults were present. The individuals included a married couple, the wife’s daughter, and the couple’s nephew.

Authorities revealed that a dispute erupted between the 48-year-old wife, Mei Huang Wolfe, and her nephew, leading to a tragic turn of events when Wolfe allegedly grabbed a pistol and fired a fatal shot.

Tragically, the nephew was pronounced dead at the scene, leaving the family and community in shock and grief. Sheriff Gonzalez mentioned that the victim was a recent college graduate who had been temporarily residing at his aunt and uncle’s residence.
