Police are searching for 31-year-old Joseph Dyer, of Woodland, believed to be the shooter in a homicide early Tuesday morning. Woodland police officers were alerted just before 1:10 a.m. Tuesday of gunshots being fired at a residence in the 800 block of Ashley Avenue. One man, Rigoberto Torres, has been arrested, but Dyer remains at large.
