The Fatal Robbery
According to the surviving victim’s account, four males approached Mason and him, demanding Mason to hand over the gun he possessed. When Mason refused, the situation escalated as the suspects brandished firearms and shot Mason in the chest before fleeing with the gun. The Investigation

Arrest and Confession
On April 4, Memphis Police successfully located and detained Bracy in the vicinity of 2007 Philsar Street. During police interrogation, Bracy confessed to shooting Mason and identified himself in the surveillance footage of the incident. He revealed that he knew Mason by the name “MJ.”
Bracy now faces charges of first-degree murder, especially aggravated robbery, and aggravated assault. He is scheduled to appear in court on Friday morning to answer for his alleged crimes.
