The tragic incident of a young mother allegedly killing her infant son before taking her own life has shocked the residents of Bommakal village in Karimnagar. According to reports, 27-year-old M Sreeja was driven to this extreme step due to the harassment she faced at the hands of her techie husband, M Naresh, for additional dowry.
Sreeja, who had been married to Naresh for three years, had recently moved back to her maternal home along with her 11-month-old son after facing constant demands for dowry and other petty issues from her husband. The situation escalated when Naresh continued to harass her even after she sought refuge with her parents.
