BAKER, Calif. (VVNG.com) – The California Highway Patrol has released additional details about a devastating head-on collision that occurred on Interstate 15 near mile marker 145 in unincorporated San Bernardino County near the Halloran off-ramp Springs Rd.

The accident took place on March 30, 2024, at approximately 1:40 p.m., amidst heavy rain that caused treacherous driving conditions.
