Law enforcement authorities in Kansas City have identified 18-year-old Kevin Adero from Kansas City, Missouri as the passenger who died in a fatal crash. The incident occurred just before 9 p.m. on March 29, when a Hyundai Elantra was speeding southbound on U.S. 169 Highway. The driver of the Hyundai was passing cars on the shoulder and splitting lanes before losing control of the vehicle, which then struck a guardrail and rolled.
