An Unfortunate Incident in Devbhumi Dwarka, Gujarat

Gujarat Fire News: In a devastating turn of events, a heartbreaking incident took place in Devbhumi Dwarka district of Gujarat, where four members of a family, including an 8-month-old infant, lost their lives in a tragic house fire. The incident occurred in the serene city of Dwarka, sending shockwaves through the community.

The fire broke out in the early hours of Sunday morning on the first floor of a house situated on Aditya Road in Dwarka city. As the flames engulfed the building, toxic fumes filled the air, leading to the tragic demise of the family members due to asphyxiation.

Local residents quickly alerted the fire department, who responded promptly to the scene. Upon arrival, they discovered a couple, their young daughter, and the man’s mother unconscious on the first floor. Despite efforts to save them, all four individuals were declared deceased upon arrival at a nearby government hospital.

The lone survivor of the family tragedy was the man’s grandmother, who miraculously escaped unscathed as she had been sleeping on the ground floor of the house, shielded from the blaze that ravaged the upper level.

The victims of this heartbreaking incident have been identified as 39-year-old Pawan Upadhyay, his wife Tithi (29), their 8-month-old daughter Dhyana, and Pawan’s mother Bhavaniben (69).

Authorities suspect that the fire may have been triggered by a blast in an air conditioner, which likely occurred due to overheating. However, forensic experts have been called in to determine the exact cause of the fire, shedding light on this tragic event.
